Grounded in Australia.
Accountable to the future.

SingularScript is an Australian company building a governance package for AI and Super Intelligence (SI). Capability does not grant authority: our deterministic gate makes continued action answer to evidence and outstanding responsibilities, permitting justified progress and refusing unsupported claims.

ReturnSense and QTR add precise measurement and accounting. Grounded in formal foundations, controlled experiments and a mature local Alpha, our work brings accountable intelligence from Australia to a global question: what gives a system the right to continue?

An Australian
contribution.

Australia has an opportunity to shape more of the AI stack, including the rules governing how intelligence acts.

SingularScript is building an Australian governance layer, grounded in controlled experiments and a mature local Alpha, for a world seeking greater control over AI.

INTERNATIONAL DIALOGUE

International discussions with US experts have explored SingularScript’s approach to a deeper question in AI safety: what authorises continued action?

FOUNDERS & LEADERSHIP

The people
behind the work.

Eliahi Priest01 /

Eliahi Priest

Chairman, CTO & Director

An Australian founder and systems architect focused on making complex systems structured, auditable and decision-usable.

Read biography

Eliahi Priest brings the precision of a jeweller, the perspective of international statecraft and the ingenuity of a systems architect to one of the defining questions of our time: what must intelligence prove before it is permitted to act? A third-generation jewellery business leader whose work has taken him into government-level engagements across Africa and international advocacy for space preservation, he has built an unusually broad understanding of provenance, power and responsibility. Today, as Founder, Chairman and CTO of SingularScript, he is translating that experience into the Law of Return and Trusted Continuance: an Australian-developed approach to making evidence and accountability conditions of AI permission. His work connects an ambitious civilisational question to mathematics, executable software and a practical demand: responsibility must survive the exercise of power.

Her experience spans state, national and international representative roles, including alternate board responsibilities across networks representing Australia, the Pacific region and women internationally. Working across public policy, public health and community advocacy, she developed an understanding of institutional accountability, stakeholder representation and formal governance expectations. At SingularScript, she brings that experience to the company’s approval pathways, organisational development, external communication and responsible public engagement. Her contribution gives technical ambition a strong corporate foundation: clear decision rights, defined responsibilities and the organisational discipline to carry the business forward.
