The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. Organisation is optional. Please provide only the information needed for your enquiry.

The enquiry system also records a request reference, record timestamps, email-notification status and related processing metadata. These support enquiry administration, duplicate-submission handling and abuse prevention.

When you visit the site, hosting and asset services may also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information and page requests.

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and manage related correspondence. Your submission is stored in our Base44-hosted enquiry system and emailed to our team through Base44’s email service. The notification includes the information entered in the form.

Access to enquiry records in the application is restricted to administrators. Copies sent by email are also held in the team’s email system. We do not sell personal information.

The published website uses Base44 page-view analytics, which records page names on initial load and navigation. Hosting services may also process technical usage and security logs.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, media from Base44/Wix services and a photograph from Wikimedia. Requests to these services provide them with technical information needed to deliver the requested resources.
